Where do you ship?

Dogs Enjoy is intended to serve delivery addresses in the United States only.

What does shipping cost?

The shipping service and charge displayed in the cart and checkout before payment are the amounts charged by Dogs Enjoy.

How long will my order take?

Processing is 0–2 business days. Estimated transit is 7–12 business days, for an estimated total of 7–14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

How can I track my order?

When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email used for the order. Carrier tracking may not show an event immediately.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email info@dogsenjoy.com promptly. A change or cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

How do I choose the right size?

Use the available size labels and contact us before ordering if fit is uncertain. Exact product measurements are not published until supported by supplier documentation.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us with the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Eligible claims are reviewed for a replacement when available or a refund.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping for preference, fit, color, or change-of-mind returns. Dogs Enjoy does not charge a restocking fee. See the Return & Refund Policy.

Are the products chew-proof, orthopedic, therapeutic, no-pull, quick-dry, or made from a specific material?

No such claim is made without supplier documentation. Inspect products regularly and stop use if damaged. Product information is not veterinary advice.
