Shipping policy

Dogs Enjoy is intended to accept delivery addresses in the United States only. The service and shipping charge displayed in the cart and checkout before payment are the amounts charged by Dogs Enjoy. No additional store shipping fee is added after an order is placed.

Order timeline

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days after payment authorization. Estimated transit is 7–12 business days, for an estimated total of 7–14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier, weather, customs, peak-volume, or address delays can extend delivery time.

Fulfillment and tracking

Orders may be handled by third-party fulfillment partners and may ship in more than one parcel. When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email used for the order.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Email info@dogsenjoy.com promptly if an address is incorrect. An address change is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delivery problems

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel cannot be found, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting Dogs Enjoy.
