These Terms govern dogsenjoy.com and purchases from Dogs Enjoy, which is operated by Prime Dollar LLC. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked native policies.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to form a binding contract and must provide accurate account, payment, and order information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

Products and orders

Dogs Enjoy presents active products, variants, prices, availability, images, and descriptions in the storefront. Minor screen-color differences may occur. Unsupported material, medical, therapeutic, durability, or performance claims are not part of the offer.

An order may be refused or canceled for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, delivery restriction, or an obvious pricing error. Any amount captured for a canceled order is returned to the original payment method.

Payment

The price, currency, applicable tax, shipping service, shipping charge, and accepted payment method shown before payment govern the transaction.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, violate law, infringe rights, scrape content at scale, or use store content for an unauthorized commercial purpose.

The Dogs Enjoy name, branding, original images, copy, and site design are owned by or licensed to Prime Dollar LLC. They may not be reproduced except with written permission or as allowed by law.

Product use

Dog products require appropriate sizing, supervision, and routine inspection. Stop using a product if damaged. Store content is general information and is not veterinary advice.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dogs Enjoy and Prime Dollar LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States law, without limiting mandatory rights available in a customer’s jurisdiction.
